Our rotisserie-roasted chickens are always available and are raised on three independent family farms in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where they are fed a strict diet of corn, soy vitamins and minerals. They are free to roam and no cages are ever used. The result is much much much better chicken that only costs a little bit more. You can also indulge in our our succulent and juicy Prime Rib Sandwich every day. It is so good because we use 100% Black Angus Beef from Donley Ranch in Kansas, Taggiascan Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Roi, our Housemade Porcini Rub and nothing else. Antipasti like roasted potatoes, cannellini beans, braised escarole and house marinated olives are made every day in house and are perfect to take home to complete your wholesome dinner.
