In view of our abundant local produce, LE VERDURE honors ingredients with preparations that focus on flavor, not fussiness. We are committed to sourcing the freshest products as local as possible, whenever possible. Every day, we offer at least 13 different dishes that are inspired by what is fresh and seasonal. Try our version of Fritto Misto lightly fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and featuring only seasonal vegetables. Entrée dishes like Verdure all Piastra, warm vegetables served with the antique Italian grain, farro, are wholesomely filling and fresh. Specials on the chalkboard describe today’s harvest.
