La Pizza & La Pasta

Eataly has teamed up with experts Rossopomodoro to bring you classic Neapolitan pizza at LA PIZZA & PASTA. Creamy mozzarella, charred and elastic crust and sweet San Marzano tomatoes make for a pie so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli. Watch dough fly and order classics like Napoli TSG with a simply sweet tomato sauce and garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil or go for La Verace TSG with mozzarella di bufala and parmigiano reggiano. Antipasti like our Misticanza Salad with radish and pickled vegetables or the Chef’s Selection of market vegetables will  balance out your meal.

Expertly prepared Spaghetti al Pomodoro or Agnolotti del Plin are just some of the comforting plates of pasta offered on LA PASTA menu. Whether we use fresh pasta made in house at our Fresh Pasta Counter or the highest quality dry pasta, we always cook it very al dente, just like we do in Italy. A warm ball of housemade mozzarella or a spread of assorted artisanal cheeses or salumi is the perfect way to kick off your meal. Don’t forget to ask our waiters to help you pair it with an Italian beer or a glass of white or red.
